The house is located on the second sea line. 

Gavá mar is not only a quiet place for living, but also a luxury and elite town where most of Barça’s football players found their homes. 

There are lots of restaurants and bars, as well as supermarkets. 

Is about 10 min driving from Airport El Prat and 20 min from Barcelona.
